XENA Disc Lock Alarm

How many times have you heard stories about friends or "someone they know", forgetting to remove a conventional disc lock before they attempt to ride away? The story never has a happy ending. The painful noise of tempered steel crashing with exotic alloy...broken bodywork, bent discs, ruined calipers... But clamp a XENA disc alarm to your bike, and the microprocessor controlled shock and movement sensors will trigger a piercing siren to warn of impending doom long before you disappear over the handlebars.

FUNCTIONALITY
- The XENA alarmed disc lock will activate within 5 seconds of locking the unit onto your disc brake.
- Once locked, the unit will beep once confirming arming
- Using infared transmitters and receivers linked to a microprocessor, your XENA will detect the presence or absence of a disc brake and arm or disarm accordingly.
- The XENA is equipped with movement and shock sensors. Moving the wheel or tampering with the unit while it is locked to your bike will set off the alarm.
- Once activated the unit will emit 2 count down beeps, the siren will then sound for approximately 10 seconds. The unit will then re-set and re-arm.

USEAGE
- Place the key into the lock and rotate clockwise - the lock barrel will spring open.
- Slide the unit over the front or rear disc brake. Push the barrel down and turn the key counterclockwise to lock.
- The sensitivity of the XENA is dependant on the locking position on the disc brake. For the highest sensitivity position the XENA at the top of the disc brake.

STRAPPING THE XENA TO YOUR BIKE
- A carry pouch is supplied with the lock and is designed to be fixed to the frame of your bike using the straps provided.

Call your insurance company and tell them you now have an alarm! It may save you some $$$.
